So far so good! I just moved into their smallest unit, it is great for all of my Christmas decorations! Terry was great at helping me set up everything, he showed me how the gate works as well as the unit before I signed anything. My unit is a drive up so it is very easy to get everything in and out of my car.

The customer service and compassion used in this location is tremendous! Definitely an original ,a kindness you don't find everywhere. Even if you have one closer to you,I recommend driving out of your way to come to this Leesburg location! They're worth the trip.

I had a problem with my unit and spoke with the owner. The ower made sure I understood my rights as a renter of a storage unit ( please people, get the INSURANCE). The owner was very apologetic and rectified the situation IMMEDIATELY! And I'm VERY thankful.
